Terms of Use

You may use JobReady only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Upload harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.
• Misuse the platform for activities outside legitimate training, coaching, or organizational operations.

• You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• For enterprise accounts, administrators may manage or restrict user access.

"Customer Content" includes all data, files, text, videos, assessments, transcripts, messages, training materials, and inputs you or your organization upload or generate using the Services.

• You or your organization retain all rights to Customer Content.
• JobReady processes Customer Content solely to deliver the Services.
• We do NOT use Customer Content to train foundation AI models.
• Enterprise customers may access and manage content created by users under their workspace.

To operate the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Process, analyze, store, and transmit Customer Content.
• Generate assessments, insights, nudges, coaching outputs, and reports.
• Provide customer support, troubleshooting, and improvements to your workspace.

JobReady may generate AI-based insights, assessments, recommendations, and feedback.

You acknowledge:

• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be used with judgment.
• You are responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs.
• JobReady is not liable for consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

All intellectual property in the Services—software, AI models, platform design, features, branding, and documentation—is owned by JobReady.

You may not:

• Copy, reverse engineer, or modify the platform.
• Use our IP to build competing products.
• Remove branding or proprietary notices.

• Paid plans require valid payment information.
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
• We may modify pricing with reasonable notice.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraud or misuse
• Non-payment
• Legal or security concerns

• Both parties agree to keep confidential information—business data, customer information, training data, and proprietary content—private and secure.
• This obligation survives termination.

• We implement industry-standard security measures, but no system is completely secure.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your devices and accounts.

• JobReady may integrate with third-party tools (CRM, LMS, messaging apps).
• Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms.
• We are not responsible for third-party systems or failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• JobReady is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
• The platform is provided "as-is" without warranties of uninterrupted use or fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree to indemnify and hold JobReady harmless from claims arising out of:

• Your misuse of the Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Uploaded content
• Unauthorized use of AI outputs

• We may update these Terms periodically.
• Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
• Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your City, Your Country].
